An arts class exploring a hands-on type of art with such projects as basket weaving, printmaking, weaving, embroidery, fabric projects, and more. Learn how to make unique pieces of art using a variety of techniques and materials. If you enjoy creating do-it-yourself projects while exploring a variety of materials beyond the scope of a typical art class, then this is the course for you! By the end of the semester, you will have developed a deeper understanding of various crafts with origins that span the globe. No previous experience necessary; just an interest in expanding your understanding of crafts and creativity.
